What we collect
The answers you give in the form (start date, learning preference, program, graduation year, education level), your name, street address, ZIP code, email and phone number, plus technical data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device details, the page you arrived on, referring URL, and advertising click identifiers (for example gclid, fbclid, ttclid) and tracking or sub-IDs from the ad that brought you here.
We also record proof of consent for the calls and texts you agree to, using Jornaya LeadiD and ActiveProspect TrustedForm. Those services capture a certificate of the form as you saw it, including the consent language.
How we use it
To match your request with a school that offers the program you chose and to deliver your request to that school and the parties that call on its behalf; to operate, secure and measure this site; and to measure our own advertising.
Who we share it with
The school you requested information from and its service providers. Our Marketing Partners page lists them. We may also share data with lead-verification, hosting, analytics and advertising vendors that process it for us. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
Cookies and pixels
The site can use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap and Microsoft Advertising tags to measure visits and conversions. None of these load until we configure them. A cookie-consent tool from iubenda will manage them once installed.
Your choices
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or request access, correction or deletion, through the Do Not Sell or Share My Info page or by emailing [email protected]. You may revoke consent to calls and texts at any time by replying STOP or telling the caller. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other state residents have rights under their state privacy laws; we honor them regardless of where you live.
Retention and security
Lead records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil your request and meet legal and contractual record-keeping requirements, then deleted. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls.
Children
This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
